1 | Release the screws (1) and separate anchor disk (2) from the spring (5) |
2 | Loosen the screws (3) and separate the spring (5) from the magnetic ring (6) and flange (7) sub-assembly |
3 | If necessary, remove the magnets from the magnetic ring sub-assembly (6) |
The magnets are attached to the magnetic ring (6) by the magnetic force and must be replaced when this force is lost. |
4 | Remove lock ring (4) |
5 | Remove the bearing (8) from the flange (7) using tools (DISP - 168 / 166) |
Before removing the bearing (8), make sure that the locking ring (4) has been removed. |

6 | Mount the magnets (12) on the magnetic ring sub-assembly (6) |
Only if removing the magnets (12). |
The magnets (12) must be mounted on the magnetic ring (6) interchangeably. |
The magnets are identical and have no polarity identification on their faces (A = positive side and B = negative side) as shown in the illustration. Therefore, observe the correct mounting position by the force of attraction or repulsion of the sides of the magnet. |

7 | Press the bearing (8) onto the flange (7) using tools (DISP -168 / 166) |
8 | Install lock ring (4) |
9 | Secure the anchor disc (2) to the spring (5) with the screws (1) |
Use chemical lock. |
10 | Mount the magnetic ring sub-assembly (6) and the anchor disc /spring assembly (2, 5) on the flange (7) |
Do not tighten the screws (3). |
11 | Centralize the components (2, 6, 7) with the aid of the device (DISP-180) |
The centering device (DISP-180) must rest on the bearing (8). |
