	Remove and install
Danger!	Risk of injury to the skin and eyes resulting from burns caused by overheated vapor or cooling. Risk of poisoning by coolant ingestion	Open cooling system only when temperature is below 90 °C. Slowly open the cap and let out the excess pressure. It is not recommended to put coolant into containers destined for drinks. Wear gloves, appropriate clothing and goggles.	AS20.00-B-0001-01A
1	Drain the cooling system	Collect the liquid, replace it if necessary.
	Indications on the coolant		AH20.00-B-2080-01A
	Change the coolant		AP20.00-B-2080D
2	Remove the hose (6) from the thermostatic valve cover (4)	 Check the condition of the clamp and the hose (6). If necessary, replace them.
3	Remove the screws (5) and the thermostatic valve cover (4)		*BA20.10-B-1004-01B
4	Remove the O-ring (3)	Install: Replace the O-ring (3).
5	Remove the thermostatic valve (2)	Install: Observe the correct positioning of the thermostatic valve (2); the air outlet hole (arrow) should be always directed upwards.
		 Test the thermostatic valve.	AR20.10-B-2455A
6	Install in reverse order
7	Control the coolant level	 If necessary, restore the system.
	Cooling system: Check and restore the level and concentration of the coolant		AP20.00-B-2010B
8	Check the tightness of the cooling system
	Cooling and heating system: Check the condition of the radiator, hoses flexible tubes		AP20.00-B-2050C
