Remove/install

 Warning

Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Detach the electrical connector (3)

Remove the urea return piping (4)

 Collect and dispose the drained fluid.

Remove the urea supply piping (5)

 Collect and dispose the drained fluid.

Remove the dosing unit (A67) from the exhaust pipe (2) in the exhaust gas treatment unit (1)

 Installation: Replace the gasket (7) and the bolts (6).

Install in reverse order

Check

Check the tightness in the piping junction points

 Visual inspection.
