Handling with hazardous explosive and easily flammable materials is subject to various national regulations, which must be obeyed without fail.
The technical regulations and legal requirements of the respective country must be observed without fail.
All workplaces where hazardous materials are handled are subject to the country-specific general determinations and legalization of hazardous materials.
Following there are safety work related regulations, which should be observed in vehicles with gas installation.
Vehicle safety inspection
Emissions Resolutions in Brazil do not present specification for engines with more than one fuel, see RESOLUÇÃO CONAMAnº 403 November 11, 2008. Published on DOU nº 220 November 12, 2008, section 1, page . 92

New Installation
Inspection of the vehicle safety features and compliance with the system rules and regulations for the use of installed vehicle natural gas (GNV), including emissions.
A Quality Seal issued by INMETRO should be attached to the vehicle's windshield or carried together with the documents. This seal must be renewed annually.
Renewal - in accordance with Resolution 292 and Ordinances 203 and 122 of INMETRO, all vehicles equipped with vehicle natural gas (GNV) undergo annual inspection.
Approved vehicles have the existing seal replaced by a new one, valid for one year.
Kit withdrawal - After removal of the installed natural gas system, the vehicle is subjected to inspection to verify the integrity and safety items operation in their original condition, including pollutant emissions and noise level testing.
Approved vehicles are issued an inspection certificate (CI) and a vehicle natural gas safety certificate, addressed to the traffic authority to include, in case of new installation or removal of the vehicle gas kit, the condition of GNV fuel on the vehicle's documents.
Work on the high pressure system and the tightness tests should be documented according to the operating manual found on the vehicle.
Work on high pressure system and tightness testing should only be carried out by trained personnel.
