Danger!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within tilting range of cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt cab all the way to end position and secure with safety strut.

Remove soundproofing on the left and right on the frame and soundproofing below

Remove charge air hose (red) and charge air hose (black)

Only on models 673, 674, 676

Installation: The charge air hose (red) is temperature-resistant and must always be installed between charge air pipe and charge air cooler.

Disconnect coolant hose (3) at radiator (1)

Remove cable ties

Detach coolant hose (4) from radiator (1) and disconnect coolant hose (5) from coolant hose (4)

Bind up coolant hose (3) and coolant hose (5) to the engine

Remove cable tie (7) from coolant hose (6) on fan shroud (2)

Only for engine 904.9.

Disconnect coolant hose (6) at radiator (1)

Disconnect coolant hose (4) at radiator (1)

Remove fan shroud (2) at radiator (1)

The fan shroud (2) is secured at both upper cooler consoles and is plugged in at the bottom (arrows).

Lift out fan shroud (2) upwards

Do not damage radiator (1).

Installation: For engine 904.9 introduce the cable tie (7) into the fan shroud (2) before installation.

Install in the reverse order
