1 | Remove cover strip over door sill trim (5) | ||
2 | Remove cover on left of instrument panel below air vent | ||
3 | Remove cap in front of fuse and relay module (24) | ||
4 | Remove lever for engine hood cable | ||
5 | Remove screw (6) | ||
6 | Remove left footwell trim | Remove bolt (4) and clips | |
Lift door sill trim slightly to loosen tab of footwell trim. | |||
7 | Disconnect connectors at front of fuse and relay module (24) | ||
8 | Detach hook (22) from fuse and relay module (24) | ||
9 | Pull fuse and relay module (24) out of fastening pins (21) and remove downwards | ||
10 | Read off production date (12) | The production date (12) is located at the top of the fuse and relay module (24). | |
Only perform steps 11 and 12 if the production date is 05., 06., 11., 12. or 13.12.2006. | |||
11 | Disconnect connectors at rear of fuse and relay module (24) | ||
12 | Remove fuse and relay module (24) together with SAM | Install SAM, all fuses and relays on the new fuse and relay module (24) | |
13 | Install in the reverse order |
