This can be detected by an additional identification plate (adhesive label) on the driver seat frame.

If an additional identification plate is present (vehicle underwent additional individual inspection):

End the measure.

If an additional identification plate is not present (vehicle did not undergo an additional individual inspection):

Proceed with step 2.

Notify customer of work to be conducted (throttling of maximum speed) in advance

The vehicle's permissible maximum speed must be restricted to 90 km/h.

If the customer decides not to visit the workshop:

Formless feedback to MPC/GV stating that customer rejects any modification to the vehicle and change to the papers.

Information from MPC/GV to road-traffic safety authorities in country-specific required framework concerning the - in line with customer request - impermissible vehicle configuration and documentation.
