1 | Open soft top | Model 207.4 | |
2 | Open soft top compartment cover | Model 207.4 | |
3 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
4 | Disconnect ground line for on-board electrical system battery (G1) |

5 | Remove left and right side paneling (2) | ||
6 | Place foam (3) to one side. | Model 204.3 | |
7 | Unscrew nuts (4) and remove sidebag unit (1) | Nut, rear sidebag unit to body | |
8 | Release retainer (5) and disconnect electrical connection (6) from sidebag unit (1) | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order | ||

10 | Check and erase vehicle fault memory using diagnostic system | When replacing sidebag unit (1). | |
