Use of self-fabricated ignition line

Fabricate ignition line with a length of at least 10 m with pressure switch.

Connect 2-pin plug connection to squib of airbag unit to be scrapped.

Maintain safe distance of at least 10 m from airbag unit to be scrapped.

Connect ignition line to battery.

Press both pushbuttons simultaneously.

For airbag units with 2 squibs, both squibs must be deployed. To do so, repeat operation steps 2 to 4 after plugging the ignition line into the second squib.
