 The shutoff valve (1) can be installed in the "NO" version or in the "NC" version.

If code OB0 (NO SHUTOFF VALVE) is present in VeDoc,



remove code OB0 (NO SHUTOFF VALVE).

 Codes can only be removed in VeDoc by a user with write permission.

Empty refrigerant circuit.

Disconnect electrical connector (7) from shutoff valve (1).

Unscrew bolt (4).

 Installation: Align holder and tighten using screw (4).

Remove nut (6).

 Nut, refrigerant line to shutoff valve for refrigerant circuit in vehicle interior

Remove refrigerant line (3) from shutoff valve (1).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Plug openings.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring and coat with compressor oil.

Remove nut (5).

 Nut, refrigerant line to shutoff valve for refrigerant circuit in vehicle interior

Detach shutoff valve (1) from refrigerant line (2) and remove.



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Plug openings.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring and coat with compressor oil.

Replace shutoff valve (1).

If code OB0 (NO SHUTOFF VALVE) was present in VeDoc.

 The shutoff valve (1) in version "NO" must be replaced by a shutoff valve (1) in version "NC".

Install in the reverse order.
