Order COC papers quoting the vehicle identification number and the delivery address per email.

In exceptional cases the old CoC papers may be identical with the new CoC papers.
Always submit a new order for the COC papers and replace the old ones!

Hand over new COC papers to customer.

Keep hold of the old COC papers and file them in a tamperproof manner with the repair documentation.
