Due to recent events we would like to point out that certificates with regard to technical equipment of vehicles may only be issued by EvoBus Homologation or the homologation representatives of the subsidiaries or general distributors.
Confirmations which relate to data from the EU, or ECE system approvals, such as
- Confirmation of emission stage/emission values
- Confirmation of year of construction
- Confirmation of adherence to ECE R 66 "Body strength"
are solely prepared by EvoBus Homologation.
Contents which result from national homologation must be confirmed by the homologation representative.
Other persons or institutions are not authorized to issue such certificates.
Customer queries from Germany should be passed on to EvoBus Homologation, queries from outside Germany should be passed on to the homologation representatives in the subsidiaries or general distributors affected. Refer to the TI00.00U088A. for the contact person responsible
As a precaution we must point out that the issuing of such type of manufacturer certificates by a retailer can lead to termination of the service/parts distribution contract concluded with us.
