Removal, installation

1 Partially drain coolant and collect.
Installation note
Pour in coolant and check cooling system for leaks.
2 Separate electric lead for temperature sensor. Detach coolant hose.
3 Unscrew hexagon bolts and take off coolant thermostat housing. Check parts, clean sealing surface.
Installation note:
Install new gasket and new seals. Tighten hexagon bolts, 30 Nm.
