6 | Hexagon socket bolts 10 Nm |
7 | Hexagon socket bolt 45 Nm |
Special tool
Removing, installing

1 Detach air intake hose (2) at the air cleaner housing (1).
2 Block belt pulley with the counter-holder (8).
3 Slacken hexagon socket bolt (7).

Installation note
Tightening torque 45 Nm.
4 Unscrew hexagon socket bolt (7).
5 Take off viscous fan clutch (4) together with fan wheel (5).
Note
Do not lay down viscous fan clutch flat.
6 Unscrew hexagon socket bolts (6) and take fan wheel (5) off the viscous fan clutch (4).
Installation note
Tightening torque 10 Nm.
7 Install in the reverse order.
