20-1290 Removing and installing coolant pump
Preceding work: Viscous fan clutch removed (20-5630). Poly V-belt removed (13-1202). |

3 | Hexagon bolts 10 Nm |
4 | Belt pulley |
5 | Hexagon bolts 10 Nm |
6 | Coolant pump |
Removing, installing
-------------------------------
1 Unscrew hexagon bolts (5) and take off belt pulley (4).
Installation note
Tightening torque 10 Nm.
2 Slacken hexagon bolts (3) evenly and unscrew.
Installation note
Tighten hexagon bolts (3) evenly, 10 Nm.
3 Push back tensioning lever (1) fully (arrow).
4 Take off coolant pump (6).
Installation note
Clean gasket residues off sealing surfaces of coolant pump and replace gasket.
5 Install in the reverse order.
