27.1.04

MODEL 639.601 /603 /605 /701 /703 /705 /711 /713 /811 /813 /815
with CODE (H16) Heater for driver seat
with CODE (H15) Heater for front passenger seat

Function requirements:

Circuit 15R ON

Heated seats (SIH) activated

No overvoltage or undervoltage

Switching over from heating stage 1 to heating stage 2 is done by pressing the left front SIH switch (N72/1s2) or right front SIH switch (N72/1s10) down. This is indicated by the 2 light emitting diodes 2 (LED) in the left front SIH switch (N72/1s2) or the right front SIH seat (N72/1s10) lighting up.

Switching over from heating stage 2 to heating stage 1 is done by pressing the left front SIH switch (N72/1s2) or right front SIH switch (N72/1s10) up. This is indicated by the one LED in the left front SIH switch (N72/1s2) or the right front SIH seat (N72/1s10) lighting up.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Depending on the heating stage, the upper control panel control unit (N72/1) increases or reduces the power output, i.e. the respective amperage that heats up the hot wire, to the following heating elements:

Heated cushion, left front seat (R13/1)

Heated cushion, left front backrest (R13/2)

Heated cushion, right front seat (R13/3)

Heated cushion, right front backrest (R13/4)

Automatically switching to heating stage 1 at the end of the heat-up time

Function prerequisites:

Circuit 15R ON

SIH activated

No overvoltage or undervoltage

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If the maximum heat-up time of t = 5 min has been reached, the upper control panel control unit (N72/1) automatically triggers the switchover from heating stage 2 to heating stage 1. This is indicated by the one LED in the left front SIH switch (N72/1s2) or the right front SIH seat (N72/1s10) going out.

The upper control panel control unit (N72/1) reduces the power output, i.e. the respective amperage that heats up the hot wire, to the following heating elements:

Heated cushion, left front seat (R13/1)

Heated cushion, left front backrest (R13/2)

Heated cushion, right front seat (R13/3)

Heated cushion, right front backrest (R13/4)
