Heating mode, function

Function requirements:

 Term. 15R or term. 15 "ON"

Heating mode

The heated seats operating switch is designed as a button. This is read in by the

 Left front door control module (N69/1)

 Right front door control module (N69/2)

 Left rear door control module (N69/3)

 Right rear door control module (N69/4)

If the function conditions for the heated seats are fulfilled or the heated seats switched on then the corresponding message is sent cyclically to the CAN, as long as the switch is pressed.

Actuation

The heating resistors of the heated seats actuated by the

 left front seat control module (N32/1)

 right front seat control module (N32/2)

 left rear seat control module (N32/11)

 right rear seat control module (N32/13)

in accordance with the table below.

The heated seats can be switched on or off at any time by pressing a switch.

Function indicator

To actuate the function indicator the seat control module displays each heating stage as it is switched on over the CAN. Irrespective of this the door control module actuates the function indicator of the heated seats in accordance with the table shown below.
