GF77.20-S-2002S | Close tilting/sliding roof, function | 28.4.03 |
MODEL 639.601 /603 /605 /701 /703 /705 /711 /713 /811 /813 /815 with CODE (D27) Glass tilting/sliding roof, driver compartment
Function requirements:
Circuit 15R ON
The overhead control panel control unit (N70) recognizes the non-actuated state of the SR switch (N70s1) for t = 50 ms before it is actuated again.
No overvoltage or undervoltage
Overvoltage is present when voltage > 16.5 V. Undervoltage is present when voltage < 9 V.
Only the manual functions of the tilting/sliding roof (SR) (M12) are available in the denormalized state.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Activation is accomplished by actuating the SR switch (N70s1) to the pressure point.
By pressing the SR switch (N70s1) toward the front of the vehicle to the pressure point, the SR motor is activated via the overhead control panel control unit (N70) M12m1) and the sliding roof is moved manually to the closed position. When the SR switch (N70s1) is released, the sliding roof remains in the current position. The sliding roof is located at the front stop in the closed position, at the rear stop in the end position.
By pulling and holding the SR switch (N70s1) downward to the pressure point, the SR motor is actuated via the overhead control panel control unit (N70M12m1) and the tilting roof is moved manually to the closed position.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When the SR switch (N70s1) is released, the tilting roof remains in the current position. The tilting roof is located at the front stop in the closed position, at a defined position between the front and rear stop in the tilting position (ventilation position)
On vehicles with code (D24) Passenger compartment glass tilting/sliding roof, the front or rear tilting/sliding roof switch (N70s6) button must be switched to the "Front tilting/sliding roof" position for actuating the tilting/sliding roof (SR) (M12)
The SR switch (N70s1) must be actuated for t > 50 ms.When the overhead control panel control unit (N70) recognizes that the SR switch (N70s1) is actuated for t 25 s, actuation of the SR motor (M12m1) is deactivated and a fault is stored. When the SR switch (N70s1) is actuated again, the overhead control panel control unit (N70) must previously recognize the non-actuated state of the SR switch (N70s1) for t = 50 ms.
Lockup
If a lockup is detected, the tilting/sliding roof (SR) (M12) reverses direction, i.e. the SR motor (M12m1) is actuated against the direction of motion and deactivated after t = 160 ms.
Emergency actuation
When the tilting/sliding roof (SR) is actuated with the emergency actuation (M12) the position is not recognized . Then it is necessary to normalize the tilting/sliding roof (SR) (M12)
Roller sun blind, function
When the roller sun blind is closed, it must be moved toward front until the release button arrests. Otherwise the roller sun blind can be damaged.
