 Hold "Unlock" button of remote control key (A8/1) pressed for longer than 1 s.

Operation

The overhead control panel control module (N70) receives the request for convenience opening over CAN and actuates the sliding/pop-up roof motor (M12m1). The motor is actuated in the "Open sliding roof" direction as long as the "Unlock" button on the remote control key (A8/1) is pressed

The convenience opening function for the sliding/pop-up roof is aborted if

 the request is no longer received via CAN, or

 the function prerequisites listed are no longer fulfilled.

 In addition to opening the sliding/pop-up roof the convenience feature also opens the windows using the manual opening function

 The convenience opening function is also possible with desynchronized sliding/pop-up roof.
