Prepare contact surface in center of instrument panel for installation of FleetBoard DispoPilot

1 Mark drilling positions (1) on contact surface in center of instrument panel.

2 Drill Ø 20 mm holes at the drilling positions (1) using a multi-stage drill.

3 Cut off the overhanging areas between the holes (2).

A 65 mm

B 20 mm

C 15 mm

4 Expose FleetBoard DispoPilot wiring harness (3).

5 Route FleetBoard DispoPilot wiring harness (3) through opening (4) in contact surface in center of instrument panel.

6 Drill holes with dia. 3 mm at existing marks (arrows) on contact surface in center of instrument panel.

7 Secure mounting plate (5) to contact surface in center of instrument panel using screws/bolts (6).

8 Drill Ø 5.5 mm holes in contact surface in center of the instrument panel through holes (arrows) in mounting plate (5).

9 Position counterplate (6) from below and secure ball joint (7) of universal bracket to mounting plate using screws/bolts (8).

10 Make openings (9, 10) in rubber mat (11) and put on rubber mat (11).
