Cover up, mask off left rear-end door

Remove rear window.

with code W61 (Window in tailgate / Rear hinged doors)
Model 907.6/7, 910.6
with code W78 (Window in tailgate or hinged rear door with wipe/wash system)
Paint stage 3 if damaged in area of rear window.

Model 907.6/7, 910.6 with code H22 (heated rear window)

Remove existing model badge.

Remove license plate number.

To do so, unfasten bolts or retaining clips.

Remove license plate holder.

To do this, unscrew screw/bolts.

Remove license plate lamp holder.

Mask off all openings on rear-end door using masking tape.

Mask off rear-end door all the way round.

Cover complete vehicle with film.

Remove rear window.

Remove outside door handle.

Remove Mercedes star.

To do this, unscrew screw/bolts.
