3 | Disconnect electrical connector (1, 2, 3) from left front seat contacting strip (X55/3) or right front seat contacting strip (X55/4) | ||
4.1 | Disconnect electrical connector (4, 5, 6) from driver front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/1) or front passenger front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/2) | Only with memory package (driver seat, steering column, mirrors), code 275 and electrically adjustable front passenger seat with memory, code 242 | |
5 | Disconnect electrical connector from driver seat fore/aft adjustment motor (M27/1) or front passenger seat fore/aft adjustment motor | ||
6 | Disconnect electrical connector from front seat height adjustment motor | ||
7 | Disconnect driver seat belt buckle and seat belt warning switch electrical connector (S68/1) or front passenger seat belt buckle and seat belt warning switch electrical connector (S68/2) | ||
8 | Remove bolts (7, 8) | | |
9 | Install in the reverse order |
