1 | Remove cross member | ||
2 | Remove air duct | ||
3 | Remove air duct segment on radiator | ||
4 | Remove both headlamps | ||
5 | Remove windshield washer system reservoir | ||
Remove filler pipe, however, do not remove container completely, do not drain washer fluid. | |||
6 | Remove horn | ||
7 | Remove engine hood lock | ||
8 | Remove expansion reservoir for coolant |

9 | Unscrew nuts (1) | M5 | |
10 | Remove wiring harness (2) | Installation: Check retaining clip; replace if necessary. | |
11 | Remove wiring harness (3) | Installation: Check retaining clip; replace if necessary. | |
12 | Remove electrical wiring harness (4) | Installation: Check retaining clip; replace if necessary. | |
13 | Release locks (5) | ||
14 | Remove screw/bolts (6) | M8 | |
15 | Remove crossmember (7) | If required, slightly tilt radiator package toward front. | |
16 | Install in the reverse order |
