1 | Switch off water pump | See Owner's manual. | |
2 | Remove sink in sanitary block | ||
3 | Remove shower tub waste trap | ||
4 | Separate sealing seam of shower tub | Remove sealant residues with suitable cleaner. | |
5 | Loosen shower tub from floor of sanitary block | Carefully remove shower tub to prevent damaging door and walls. | |
It is not possible to remove shower tub without damage. | |||
Pry out shower tub in area of door with suitable tool | |||

6 | Remove old glue residues | Use suitable cleaner | |
7 | Clean sanitary block floor | Sikaflex adhesive cleaner 205 | |
8 | Clean wooden strips (1) | Sikaflex adhesive cleaner 205 | |
9 | Apply glue (3) to wooden strips (1) | Adhesive Sikaflex 221 | |
10 | Apply glue (2) to sanitary block floor | Adhesive Sikaflex 221 | |
11 | Lay shower tub on sanitary block floor | ||
12 | Uniformly distribute weights in shower tub | Load with 15 kg and wait until glue has cured | |
13 | Prepare area of sealing seam in shower tub | ||
14 | Apply new sealing seam to shower tub | Use suitable sealant | |
After applying new seam sealing, pull masking tape 90° toward to at an angle.A 1 mm thick edge is formed which should not be smoothed. | |||
Resmooth sealing seam only when visible correction is necessary for example bubbles or thick edge. | |||
15 | Install shower tub waste trap | ||
16 | Install sink in sanitary block | ||
