Remove/install

 Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Release pressure in coolant circuit

 Carefully open coolant reservoir cap and close again.

Disconnect electrical connection (1)

Pinch off coolant hoses (2)

 Clamp

Loosen hose clamps (3) and detach coolant hoses (2) from STH switchover valve (Y16)

 Hose clamp pliers

Detach STH switchover valve (Y16) from bracket and remove

6

Install in the reverse order

7

Pour in coolant and bleed cooling system
