Pull cable clip (3) out of bracket

Remove pressure-side refrigerant line (D) and intake-side refrigerant line (H) at left front vehicle underside from interior refrigerant lines



Compressor oils (specification 362.0)

 Installation: Install pressure-side refrigerant line (D) and intake-side refrigerant line (H) with new sealing rings. Coat sealing rings with compressor oil before installing.

Detach engine-compartment refrigerant lines from T-fittings of pressure-side refrigerant line (D) and suction-side refrigerant line (H)



Compressor oils (specification 362.0)

 Installation: Install engine compartment refrigerant lines, pressure-side refrigerant line (D) and intake-side refrigerant line (H) with new sealing rings. Coat sealing rings with compressor oil before installing.

Seal openings of refrigerant lines in the vehicle interior, engine compartment, and pressure-side refrigerant line (D) and intake-side refrigerant line (H) with stop plugs

Support transmission crossmember using telescopic lifter and remove screw (2) and nut (4) on left side

Lower transmission crossmember by approx. 5 cm

Unscrew nuts (1) on brackets of refrigerant lines and detach pressure-side refrigerant line (D) and suction-side refrigerant line (H) from underbody

Install in the reverse order
