 Danger!	Risk of explosion caused by welding or soldering work on closed air conditioning system. Risk of poisoning caused by inhaling overheated refrigerant vapors. Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by contact with liquid refrigerant.	Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated areas. Carry out repair work on the air conditioning system circuit only after the system has been discharged. 	Removing
1	Remove luggage compartment pan
2	Discharge air conditioning system		AR83.30-P-1760RR
3	Remove underfloor paneling		AR61.30-P-1001RR
4	Remove rubber retainer from line clip of refrigerant lines
5	Unscrew nut (1) from intake and pressure lines at condenser		*BA83.30-P-1004-01E
6	Detach intake lines (2) and remove sealing ring	 Seal off refrigerant lines so that they cannot be penetrated by soiling and damp.
7	Undo intake line (3) quick-release coupling	 Cutting tool set	*452589003300
8	Remove intake lines (2)
	Install
9	Position intake lines (2)
10	Attach intake line (3) to quick-release coupling	 Cutting tool set	*452589003300
11	Fit intake line sealing ring
12	Unscrew nuts (1) of intake and pressure lines at condenser		*BA83.30-P-1004-01E
13	Fasten retaining rubber band on line clip of refrigerant lines
14	Install underbody paneling		AR61.30-P-1001RR
	Protect air conditioning circuit and components from moisture when carrying out repair work		AH83.30-N-0005-01A
15	Replace filter drier	 Replace the fluid reservoir every time you open up the refrigeration circuit. When a receiver/dryer is left open, the dryer unit quickly becomes saturated with moisture, rendering it useless.	AR83.30-P-6525RR
16	Fill air conditioning system		AR83.30-P-1760RR
17	Install luggage compartment tray
18	Perform air conditioning system function test
19	Read out fault memory	 If necessary, eliminate faults in the control units.
