Remove air intake hose upstream of air filter

Remove fluid reservoir

Remove condenser fan unit

Detach refrigerant lines (A, B) from connector of condenser (3)



Compressor oils (specification 362.0)

BB00.40-P-0362-00A

 Installation: Attach refrigerant lines (A, B) with new sealing rings. Coat sealing rings with compressor oil before installing.

Seal openings of refrigerant lines (A, B) and condenser (3) with stop plugs

 Record plug

Remove electrical line (2) from refrigerant pressure sensor

Release radiator (1) from upper clamp connections and push to the rear

Raise condenser (3) and separate from the supports on the radiator frame

9

Remove condenser (3) from radiator frame

10

Remove coolant pressure sensor

Only if condenser (3) is replaced.
