Disassemble/assemble

Remove heater unit

Remove gaskets (5, 6 and 12)

Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gaskets

Remove heater housing cover (2)

Remove heat exchanger (10) from the heater housing (7)

Remove wiring harness (8)

Unscrew connecting piece (11)

Installation: Replace O-rings (13)

Remove evaporator (3)

Installation: Replace O-rings (4)

Assemble in reverse order
