Remove/install

Instrument panel (1) removal

Put down instrument panel (1) on a suitable base to avoid damage.

Remove bolts (4) and remove actuator motor housing (5) from instrument panel (1)

Detach electrical connector (2) from right center air flap actuator motor (M16/24)

Remove bolts (3)

Detach right center vent air flap actuator motor (M16/24)

Install in the reverse order

Normalize right center air outlet flap actuator motor (M16/24), read out and delete fault memory
