Remove guide tube (3) from tilting/sliding roof frame (1)

Disconnect hoses (2)

Remove bolts (4) from tilting/sliding roof frame (1)

Danger!

Risk of injury caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts

Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.

Deburr repair panels.

Remove tilting/sliding roof frame (1)



Install

Insert left and right adjustment gauges (6) into side guide (gate) and into groove in pop-up bracket (arrows)

 Do not remove adjustment gauges (6) until tilting/sliding roof panel is installed.



Insert tilting/sliding roof frame (1)

 When installing ensure that area between body and frame is sealed properly to prevent moisture from penetrating.

Install tilting/sliding roof frame (1)

 Ensure that guide tube (3) and hoses (2) are installed properly.

 First screw in the two front bolts (4) on left and right.

Both rear bolts (4) have a metric thread so that the frame is centered in the tilting/sliding roof cutout.

Install hoses (2)

Screw guide tube (3) to tilting/sliding roof frame (1)

Install headliner
