1 | Turn outer emergency lever in direction of arrow to stop. | ||
2 | Drain electrical accessories circuit | ||
3 | Open front flap | ||
4 | Remove cable tie (arrows) from door control valve (1) | ||
5 | Mark electrical lines in relation to connectors and remove from door control valve (1). | ||
6 | Mark compressed air lines (3, 4) with number of compressed air hose and remove from door control valve (1). | ||
7 | Remove check valve pressure safety (5) from door control valve (1). | ||
8 | Remove mount (2) with door control valve (1) from stationary heater unit. | ||
9 | Remove mount (2) from door control valve (1).S | Only if door control unit is replaced. | |
| Install | ||
10 | Install bracket (2) in new door control valve (1). | Only if door control unit was replaced. | |
11 | Install door control valve (1) with bracket (2) on stationary heater unit. | ||
12 | Install compressed air lines (3, 4) and check valve pressure safety (5) on door control valve (1). | Use new sealing rings. | |
13 | Connect electrical lines to door control valve (1) and attach wiring harness with cable ties. | ||

14 | Start engine and fill compressed-air system up to the cutoff pressure | ||
15 | Turn off engine | ||
16 | Turn outer emergency lever to basic position | ||
17 | Check door operation | ||
18 | Check emergency unlocking |
