1 | Secure exterior door handle (5) with adhesive strips to prevent falling off | ||
2 | Remove bolts (1) | ||
3 | Remove cover (2) | ||
4 | Expose wiring harness | Separate cable tie (7). | |
Installation: Replace cable ties (7). | |||
5 | Remove bolts (3) | Installation: Secure bolts (3). | |

6 | Lift exterior door handle (4) slightly and disconnect appropriate electrical connector (6) | ||
7 | Remove pins from electrical connector (6) | Remove orange retainer (9) press down retaining finger (10) with screwdriver (12), counterhold on gasket (11) and pull out contact. | |
8 | Remove interior door handle (4) and pull electrical line out of rear-end door | ||
9 | Unscrew union nut and press interior door operation button on rear-end door CL (M14/7s7) out of interior door handle (4) | Only when replacing interior door operation button on rear-end door CL (M14/7s7) or interior door handle (4). | |
Installation: Check gasket on interior door operation button for rear-end door CL (M14/7s7) and replace, if required. | |||
