Remove paneling (1)

Unscrew nuts (2)

Unscrew screws/bolts (3, 5)

Unscrew bolt (6) and remove end piece (7) from guide rail (4)

Remove guide rail (4)

 Heat guide rail (4) up to approx. 60° C and remove.

Remove adhesive residues from contact surface on guide rail (4) and clean bonding surfaces

 Bonding surface must be free of grease and dust.

 Observe flash-off time for cleaning agent.

Install

Remove adhesive residues from guide rail (4)

When reusing guide rail (4).

 Bonding surface must be free of grease and dust.

 Observe flash-off time for cleaning agent.

Attach new adhesive strips to guide rail (4)

When reusing guide rail (4).

Remove protective foils on adhesive strips from guide rail (4), position guide rail (4) and press on

Tighten bolts (3, 5)

 Bolt, guide rail to body

Position end piece (7) on guide rail (4) and tighten bolt (6)

 Bolt, guide rail to body

Tighten nuts (2)

 Nut, guide rail on body

Install paneling (1)
