Remove dome lamp (2)

Remove sun visor (3)

Remove grab handle (4) over driver and front passenger door

Remove trim (5) from roof bow of the B-pillar

 To do this, remove cover (6), screw (7), and thrust piece (8).

 Installation: Insert screws (7) with sealant.

 Bolt, splinter protection on B-pillar roof bow

Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)

Remove base (9) from inside rearview mirror (1) and remove front roof lining

 Remove screws (10).

Remove rubber seal (11) from the entrance of the driver and front passenger door up to the B-pillar

Release trim (12) of the right and left A-pillar from the velcro fastener (13) with an assembly wedge

Remove splinter protection and steel cover from the A-pillar

 Remove screws (14) and remove thrust piece (15).

 Installation: Insert screws (14) with sealant.

 Bolt, holding splinter guard to A-pillar

Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)

Remove trim (16) over the driver and front passenger door

 To do this, remove cover (17), screw (18), and thrust piece (19).

 Installation: Insert screws (18) with sealant.

 Bolt, retaining splinter guard above driver's and front passenger doors

Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)

Remove splinter protection over the driver and front passenger door

Remove base (20)

Remove right and left steel cover

Remove splinter protection from roof bow of the B-pillar

Remove steel cover from the roof bow of the B-pillar

 Installation: Insert screws with sealant.

 Bolt, steel cover to roof bow of B-pillar

Release front splinter protection and remove

 Installation: Insert screws with sealant.

 Bolt, splinter protection on roof

Release steel cover (at front of the roof) and remove

 Installation: For vehicles with special protection version FB7 code ZS7, a steel plate is screwed on with it in addition; fix steel plate in place with screws.
Insert screws with sealant.

Remove steel cover over the windshield

 Installation: Insert screws with sealant.
