Print out "tank system, fuel cell, form event log," fill out, and attach to the vehicle somewhere clearly visible.



Remove seat cushion in rear passenger compartment.

Release left and right seat backrests and fold forward.

Unclip cover above seat belt end fitting.

Remove trim from C-pillar.

Remove rear door sill.

Detach edge guard (5) in area of side trim in rear passenger compartment (1).

 Installation: Ensure that edge guard (5) is seated properly..

Unbolt nut (2).

Unscrew nut (3).

Place bench seat base to one side.

Remove side load compartment trim.

Loosen seat backrest mounting bracket screw (6).

 Screw, seat backrest mounting bracket to body

Mask off side trim in rear passenger compartment (1) in area of seat backrest mounting bracket (A) with suitable tape.

 As protection against damage.

Unclip left and right side trims in rear passenger compartment (1) from retaining clips (4).

In the event of problems relating to the retaining clips (4):



Replace retaining clamps (4).

Remove side trim in rear passenger compartment (1).

17

Install in the reverse order.
