Remove/install

Move front seat forward to end position.

Remove front door sill and rear door sill.

Loosen edge guard (2) in the area of the trim on the bottom B-pillar (1).

Installation: Ensure that edge guard (2) is seated correctly.

Unclip trim on the bottom B-pillar (1) from the retaining clamps (3, 4) and remove.

Installation: Ensure retaining clamps (4) are seated correctly in the mounts (arrows) on the trim on the bottom B-pillar (1).

If the retaining clamps (3, 4) are damaged,

Install new retaining clamps (3, 4).

Install in reverse order.
