Remove/install

Detach edge guard in area of paneling parts (1 and 6)

Remove lumbar support control valve

Remove inner door sill molding

 Door sill molding is screwed in area of lumbar support control valve (arrow).

Remove wheel well paneling (6)

 Secured using 3 bolts.

Unclip SRA cover (9) and unscrew bolt below

Unclip paneling (1) from C-pillar


Directly position long wedge on clip (2).
Otherwise the paneling (1) can be damaged.

Guide hooks (3) out of headliner

Pull C-pillar paneling (1) with insert lugs (4) out of rear shelf toward front

Unscrew bolt (7) from belt end fitting (8) on rear seatbelt and pull belt end fitting out of paneling (1)

Install in the reverse order

 Seat belts/emergency tensioning retractors
