Remove/install

Remove C-pillar trim.

Adjust seat backrests in the rear passenger compartment to the foremost position.

Unclip trim strip (1), disconnect the electrical connector for the ambient lighting, and remove trim strip (1).

Remove screw (2).

Unclip trim strip (3), disconnect the electrical connector for the ambient lighting, and remove trim strip (3).

Fold down the stowage compartment cover (4).

Fold down the armrest.

Remove screw (5).

The trim strip (7) is attached with one screw each on the left and right sides of the vehicle (5).
Remove trim strips (1, 3) on both sides of the vehicle in order to provide access to the screws (5).

Remove screw (6).

Remove the seat belt end fitting of the lap belt in the rear passenger compartment.

Unclip trim strip (7), disconnect the electrical connector for the ambient lighting, and remove trim strip (7).
