Remove/install

Partially remove auxiliary heat exchanger (4)

When removing left side wall trim (1).

MODEL 906.657 with CODE H12 (Auxiliary water heater)

AR83.60-D-7215C


Do not kink coolant pipes to auxiliary heat exchanger (4).
Auxiliary heat exchanger (4) can otherwise fail.

 Do not disconnect coolant lines of auxiliary heat exchanger (4).

 Lift auxiliary heat exchanger (4) out of brackets (6, 7) and lower onto floor covering.

Remove bracket (7)

MODEL 906.657 with CODE H12 (Auxiliary water heater)
When removing left side wall trim (1).

Remove covers (arrows) of respective side wall trim (1)

 Screws of side wall trim (1) are located under the covers (arrows).

 Clip remover

Unscrew screws of respective side wall trim (1)

Remove respective side wall trim (1)

 For this purpose, unclip side wall trim (1).

 Installation: Check corresponding retaining clips (2) for damage.

Depending on findings



Replace damaged retaining clips (2).

Install in the reverse order
