Notes on carrying out repair work in the vehicle interior

Remove/install

Unscrew bolts (2).

Remove door sill (3).

Remove covers (4) from the door sill trim (1) with a suitable tool.

Remove bolts (5).

Pull B-pillar trim (6) in bottom area slightly to the side and remove screw (8).

 Installation: Ensure that the sealing frame is seated correctly on the B-pillar trim (6).

Lift floor covering in the front area of the door sill trim (1) and remove door sill trim (1) upward.

 Installation: Ensure that the sealing frame is seated correctly on the door sill trim (1).
Insert door sill trim (1) first in the rear area under the B-pillar trim (6).
To prevent movement of the protective foil (7) during installation of the door sill trim (1), fix it in place with two adhesive strips.

Install in the reverse order.
