1 | Remove bottom section of instrument panel on driver's side | ||
2 | Remove bottom section of instrument panel on front passenger's side | ||
3 | Remove rear center console | ||
4 | Remove cover on center console | ||
5 | Detach cover (3) from lower center console (2) | The guides (4) must engage in the holes (arrows) in the lower center console (2). | |
6 | Unscrew bolts (5, 6 and 7) | ||
7 | Unscrew bolts (9) | ||
8 | Unlock latching hook (8) using a screwdriver and detach control and operating unit (N119 or N20) from lower center console (2) | The connectors and control cables on the control and operating unit (N119 or N20) are not disconnected. | |
9 | Pull upper center console (1) out at the bottom and detach at the top | Note installed position of wiring harnesses. | |
10 | Unscrew bolts (10) | ||
11 | Unscrew bolts (11 and 12) | ||
12 | Pull lower center console (2) out of air duct (arrow) on both sides and remove lower center console (2) towards the rear | Installation: Do not crush or trap the electrical cables. | |
13 | Install in the reverse order |
