Remove radio

On vehicles with radio (code EF8, EF9, EG5 or EG6).

Remove radio and APS navigation control panel

On vehicles with auto pilot system with GSM interface (code EN1) or auto pilot system with TMC interface (code EN2).

Remove operating / display unit with control module

On vehicles with auto pilot system with GSM interface, large display (code EN3) or auto pilot system with TMC interface, large display (code EN4).

Remove panel (3)

Unclip stowage compartment (2) using longitudinal wedge and pull out

Unscrew bolts (4)

Unclip center console cover (1) using longitudinal wedge

Unplug electrical connections (arrows) from cockpit switch group (S6/2) and remove center console cover (1)

If the center console cover (1) is being replaced

Change over cockpit switch group
