1 Apply body sealant (arrows).

Install rear fender

2 Install rear fender and fit, fix in place vise grip pliers and manual temporary fasteners (1).

3 Insert taillamp.

4 Install rubber seal and striker eye.

5 Check gap dimensions between rear fender/door (arrows), trunk lid/taillamp and rear fender/trunk lid with feeler gauge and adjust.

6 Rivet rear fender with Polygrip countersunk head rivets, dia. 5.010 mm (area A1).

7 Rivet rear fender with Polygrip Ø 6,414 mm flat head rivet (area B1 and B2).

8 Rear fender (area A, B, C, D and D1).

Install rear fender

9 Weld in rear fender with (areas E and F).

10 Crimp spot welding flange with bending jig.

11 Weld in wheel well with (area G).

12 Weld in rear fender with (area H).

13 Clean welds with round wire brush.
