AR63.10-D-0030-03TS | Install rear side wall paneling
Danger | The high voltage used for electric welding presents a lethal hazard. Risk of explosion from welding in areas close to highly inflammable materials. Risk of injury from weld splatter and UV-light when welding. Risk of poisoning from inhaling welding gases | Use insulating mats. Wear protective clothing, safety glasses and a protective mask. Remove highly inflammable materials from the hazard area. Use air extraction system.
Caution | Risk of injury caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts | Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.

Set of templates
The next steps are shown on model 907.733 with code D03 (roof and rear-end doors, high version) and code T16 (right sliding door) on the right side of the vehicle and must be carried out in the same way for vehicles with code T19 (left sliding door) on the left side of the vehicle in the event of damage.
1 | Install and fit rear side wall paneling (1), sliding door, seal and lock striker. |
Only the installation depth (position to sliding door) can be adjusted at the C-pillar. For this purpose, it may be necessary to shim the rear side wall paneling (1) at the C-pillar. |
2 | Mark position of rear side wall paneling (1) to C-pillar. |
3 | Remove rear side wall paneling (1), sliding door, seal and lock striker. |
