4

Align the sealing (8) on the cable (9)

The sealing length (A) shall be up to 1 mm.

5

Insert the coupling contact (10) in the pliers (1)

Contact the crimping clip (6) in the cable stop (3) of the pliers (1). Crimping clips (6,7) shall be perpendicular to the fixed crimping jaws (5).

6

Close the pliers (1)

The coupling contact (10) shall be kept immovable until the ratchet mechanism (2) of the pliers (1) locks in the first coupling. The crimping clips (6,7) shall not be distorted. In case of incorrect insert of coupling contact (10), pliers (1) may be opened again by actuating the ratchet mechanism (2).

7

Insert the cable (9) with sealing (8) in the pliers (1) until the cable stop (3)

The cable (9) shall be inserted by the crimping clips (6,7) of coupling contact (10).

8

Tighten the pliers in full (1) up to its automatic opening and remove the crimped joint

If the crimp joint becomes stuck it may be released by displacing the cable stop (3) downwards.
