Bolts

 Warning	Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working on AdBlue(R) lines and the component parts attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue(R). Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue(R)	Pour AdBlue® only into suitable containers. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system. 	Remove
1	Empty AdBlue® container.		AR49.20-S-2015EA
2	Remove underfloor paneling at left.		AR61.30-S-1001E
3	Release, remove AdBlue® line (2) at connection fitting (1) and collect escaping AdBlue®.
4	Seal opening at AdBlue® line (2) with a stop plug.	 Record plug	*129589009100
5	Remove screw/bolts (3).
6	Remove connection fitting (1).
	Install
7	Install new connection fitting (1).
8	Tighten new screws (3).	 Screw, connection fitting to AdBlue® tank	*BA49.20-N-1003-03EA
9	Remove stop plug and install AdBlue® line (2) on new connection fitting (1).
10	Fill AdBlue® tank.		AR49.20-S-2015EA
	Check
 Warning	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11	Check for leaktightness when engine is running.
12	Install underfloor paneling at left.		AR61.30-S-1001E
