Drain fuel tank (1)

Remove propeller shaft

Remove side underfloor paneling

Unfasten mounts from filler pipe for filler neck at body

AR47.10-P-7541NKB

 The filler neck remains in the vehicle.

Open clamp (2) and detach hose (3) for filler neck from fuel tank (1)

 Seal connections.

 Plug

Disconnect fuel lines (4)

 Seal connections using suitable stop plugs.

 Record plug

Support fuel tank (1) using a lifting platform and secure



Remove screw/bolts (5)

 Bolt, tensioning strap for fuel tank to body

Lower fuel tank (1) and detach electrical connections at fuel pump

 Helper required.

Remove fuel tank

Install in the reverse order

 Danger !

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Conduct engine test run and check fuel tank (1) for leaktightness
