Remove/install

Remove steering wheel

Installation: Installation is only possible when the when the positions of the steering wheel and clock spring contact (A45) align.

Remove steering column cover

Open up the safety lock (3)

Separate electrical connectors (4)

Unscrew bolts (2)

Unclip latching hook (1) and remove clock spring contact (A45) from steering column switch

Installation: Move clock spring contact (A45) into the center position.

Tension clock spring contact (A45) clockwise and turn back 3.75 revolutions.

Install in the reverse order
