Pressurize the pneumatic system.

Loosen the spring relief screw on the combined cylinder

In axle with combined cylinder.

Apply the parking brake

Depressurize the compressed air system

Remove the compressed air lines of the combined cylinders (3)

With compressed air connection system "VOSS 230".

With "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) or "SCHÄFER SDF" (NG 6) connection and compressed air system. .

 Installation: Check the O-Rings, if necessary, replace them.

Disconnect the connector (4) of the brake pad wear indicator

Remove the brake pads

Release the screws (1) the guide screw (2) and remove the support with the brake caliper (5)

 Installation: Install new screws (1) the guide screw (2) by first mounting the guide screw (2) by hand and then the screws (1).

Clean

Clean the attachment surface of the brake caliper in the axle housing

Install in reverse order

Pressurize the pneumatic system

 Check for leaks.
